Graeme shares candidly how he dramatically changed his shopping, eating and lifestyle to improve his health. He wants to help the many who have similar food addictions—anyone needing a real story of hope.
He combined his new tools—eliminating sugar and fast food, plus intermittent fasting—and lost over 130 pounds in 15 months. He has successfully maintained that weight loss for over a year.
Now Graeme shares his journey in the hopes to help others. He is the author of the soon-to-be-released book, The Fasting Highway, and hosts a podcast of the same name.
