Episode 15: Kim Lost over 85 Pounds, Found her Freedom and Purpose—and How You Can Too

As she approached 40, Kim was struggling, not just her weight but with her life’s purpose. Guided by the advice from her beloved grandma, she set out to discover some answers.

On her journey, Kim lost over 85 pounds. She practiced intermittent fasting, resulting in positive changes inside and out.  Today she shares about her path and also her husband Ryan’s dramatic weight loss through “IF.”

However, the bigger message is how Kim also found her purpose and joy, and now is radiating that energy and message to the world.

Kim and Ryan went on to write a motivational memoir, Unbelievable Freedom and a companion workbook series called “The Unbelievable Freedom Habit Guides.”

Kim’s grandmother continually encouraged her with the words “Enjoy Your Life,” which became her mantra.  Her mission is to create books that support the enjoyment of life and the experience of freedom.
