Marty Kendall joins us from Brisbane, Australia. His wife is a T1 diabetic and he has a family and personal history of obesity. These challenges inspired his passion for nutrition, as he wanted to improve both his wife’s health journey, and his own. Now Marty is dedicated to helping others too. An engineer by day, he started diving into nutrient data and has received world-wide attention from physicians and nutrition experts.

 Marty, once a dedicated Keto and Paleo follower, no longer limits himself to just one eating lifestyle. Instead, he focuses on the highest nutrient, most health-productive foods. He emphasizes that once your blood sugars are stabilized, then, depending on your goals, you can work on the other elements such as protein, fat and nutrients. He also emphasizes how combining this high-nutrient approach with intermittent fasting can dramatically improve results.
