Today, Lisa is healthy and thriving Ultra-runner. She is an inspiring example of living the “never-too-late” mantra, as she ran her first 50k at age 50 and ran her first 100 miler at 59!

She also shares how she uses intermittent fasting to release her from food obsession, plus how she manages IF with her ultra-running.
